superb service and location but the property really needs a total refurbishment. room was old dingy and noisy (from level 35) and not worth it for the price paid. i really dislike the light switches. so many other better and cheaper options in melbourne cbd.

這家酒店地理位置超絕，就在市中心，不管是去景點打卡、逛街購物，還是處理商務事宜，出行都方便到飛起 。房間視野那叫一個開闊，拉開窗簾，城市風光直接盡收眼底，夜景更是絕絕子。服務也很在線，工作人員專業又貼心，環境安靜得像個小世外桃源，住這一趟太舒心啦，必須安利給大家！

The hotel is located in Melbourne city itself. It’s located within the free tram service of 11 & 48. Estimated 10 to 15mins walking distance to Parliament metro station. Stayed at level 48 facing the stadium and Fitzroy garden. You will be expecting to wake up to a lovely sunrise every morning. Convenient. To travel along the city either via tram or walking. Walking distance to the art gallery, state library and all.  The staffs have been accommodating and always ready to answer your questions. Shoutout to the staff Lein and I can’t remember what the staff’s name at the the ground floor lobby. Room service has been good. Love the welcome card and fruit platter provided by the hotel( though I can’t finish). Thank you for making my stay in Melbourne comfortable and will definitely come back soon!

Came here as a ‘staycation’ for one night to celebrate my partners birthday. Service was good, the reception team made us feel so welcomed. Room was clean and the view of the river and bay was superior, as the name of this room type described. 10/10 👍🏼 we also used the gym which had a nice view too!

環境：硬件裝修設計風格都很棒～ 大堂層高很大氣～～ 服務：前台服務人員EIMEREH態度熱情且非常貼心提供了專業的服務👍 衞生：房間衞生很整潔，客房部有什麼需要也是有求必應，提供服務及時。 地理位置就在市中心奢侈品一條街，離唐人街也蠻近的，可以一路溜達過去。
