洲際酒店的街道很安全，而且酒店樓內古色古香很有特色。本來定的是IHG 的另外一個酒店，結果國慶期間那個酒店擅自超售，聯繫永安客服之後客服快速幫我們更換到洲際酒店，當時是凌晨3點鐘，給客服點贊！

房間小，兩人行李箱放的很擁擠，被子就是那種兩層布中間一個毯子的那種，很是省事兒，住了兩天，每天牙刷就放一個，第一晚還沒有浴巾，第一天早上七點多竟然有人按門鈴然後直接刷卡開門，幸虧我們把門後的鏈條鎖上了，不知道是保潔還是什麼人，然後關了門就走了……酒店前兩天説要和我溝通這事兒，到現在也沒有郵件

酒店是一棟歷史建築改造的，很好地保留了原來的建築風格。位置很方便，去附近商圈走路都不算遠，晚上還可以步行到河邊散散步。房間總體來説中規中矩，衞生不錯，乾淨整潔，浴室相對比較老，花灑出水量一般，洗澡體驗相對其他方面算是一般的。

The hotel was well-located and the staff were friendly, so overall we had a pleasant stay. However, there were a few disappointing points. We booked a family room for six people for three nights, but we were actually given adjacent connecting rooms. Also, the connecting room's key was not unlocked, so we had to ask someone to open it for us after we entered. Amenities were not provided for the number of guests, so we had to ask for more. No extra water or other amenities were provided on the second or third night, and trash had not been disposed of.

酒店房間寬敞，乾淨整潔，大堂復古典雅，早餐品種豐富，味道不錯，酒店離南十字星樞紐很近，交通便利，到cbd步行即可，值得再次入住。

The breakfast was probably the worst I had in a 5-star hotel. The variety was limited and the quality was bad, e.g. only 3 kinds of fresh fruits and the water melon looked pale. The bathroom was big but the shower place was so tiny. I tried to use the top shelf of the wardrobe. Luckily I used my hand to test if there was any dust. The dust flied right into my eyes when I used my hand to feel the cleaniness! The heat was so insufficient. Their house keeping staff was poor trained. I asked not to clean my room by hanging a sign on the room and turning on the Do the Disturb light. To my surprise, I went back to the room in the afternoon. The staff came in the room. Drew open the curtain. Turned off the Do not disturb. Did not do any cleaning but left me a note that they already cleaned my room according to the instructions! The hotel was also poor in maintenance. I finished breakfast (in the basement) and tried to go back to the room by the lift. The lift came but could not close the door. There was also a staff there and she advised me to take the steps to ground floor. I went to ground floor and only found another lift was out of service. They only had 3 lifts going to the rooms. Beisdes the location which is very central, I cannot thnk of anything to appreciate the experience.

這家位置還行，主要考慮到雙床是1.4米，早飯偏西式，感覺有歷史的一家酒店，整體裝修風格不錯，走到city中心還是比較近

前台小哥哥很好，主動幫我更換更高樓層，以及詢問我的飛機時間並安排延遲到兩點退房。 俱樂部酒廊總體還可以，除了第一天入住時候的一個酒廊女服務員有點不耐煩，叫她就眉頭一皺，因為我們是亞洲人？對外國白人就態度非常好。區別對待。

酒店位置很好、周邊環境商業氣氛濃厚，外觀很有年代感，非常有情調，早餐豐盛，品質高，前台服務熱情，唯一不足的是設施太過陳舊，洗漱用品、浴巾、毛巾、拖鞋、吹風機不是太廉價就是太有年代感，與洲際酒店的身份不符，可以考慮換換了。房間壁櫃居然打不開，裏面的拖鞋、吹風機拿不出，如果不是強烈要求不知洗了澡怎麼吹頭！

We stayed altogether three nights here. The hotel was converted from a historical building dated back to 1890s . We enjoyed the stay-included breakfast at Alluvial restaurant. It got charming vibe. the King Classic room we stayed is spacious consider it is in zone 1 of Melbourne. The hotel is in walking distance to many of the Melbourne city attractions we are even able to take some rest in the room in our planned city walking 永安 in the middle of a very hot summer sunny day. The bathroom provides Byredo toiletries which we like. However, the decor is a bit dated and need refreshing and we are not happy with the service level of the staff. For example, the phone handfree function is not working properly; the safe is according to the hotel "in the process of replacement" and not working either; the call to "Instant Service" for help often took more than 5-seconds ring especially during the night time. There is even a false fire alert during one of the morning time of our stay. I doubt it is a standard of Intercontinental hotel or a 5-star rated hotel. For whom consider staying at this room type of this hotel, please note the windows is fixed and facing the hallway so the room has 1. no natural sunlight 2. no fresh air and 3. needs closing the curtains all the time if you prefer privacy. Another point worth noting is the bathroom floor is very slippery after bath, I would call it a death trap if you wear the one-off slippers that is provided in the room as you can easily get a slip and fall on the bathroom floor even for a grown adult.
