地理環境好，乾淨，安靜 工作人員和善，有問題都快速的給予協助 住宿附近生活機能方便，超市餐廳商場都有 非常好的住宿體驗

Great location - a couple of mins walk from Bourke St Mall. Close to lots of food options. Beef and bathroom fine. Great place to stay if you have a function in the city to go to and need a comfy enough place to get ready in and to sleep. Would be perfect for a shopping weekend.

I found the bathroom disgusting. It was filled with mould, plus the shower cavity had soap scum everywhere big black clumps were coming away from the tiny step to seperate the shower from the bathroom- was vile. The shower was rubbish to have any water pressure it flooded the bathroom. Staff were apathetic at check in and check out I’m not sure if I saw a smile at all.  At luggage drop off I stood there for 10 minutes while staff bickered over who gave the wrong bags to a traveller without acknowledging me. Awkward.

Check-in was smooth and the staff were genuinely friendly, creating a great first impression. The hotel’s location is ideal—nestled between two major roads within the CBD’s free tram zone. My room was on the 9/F and top floor, spacious and well-appointed. Though the hotel is surrounded by buildings and doesn’t offer any view, it’s peaceful and practical. coin-operated laundry and dryer are available onsite, with laundry powder sold at reception for $1 AUD, which is quite handy for extended stays. The television doesn’t support direct login to streaming platforms like Netflix, but I easily mirrored content from my personal device. This workaround worked well for casual viewing during my downtime. There were a few downsides. One pillow had a visible mold stain, which raised a hygiene concern. I had my Do Not Disturb sign displayed throughout my stay, yet housekeeping entered and cleaned the room on my final day. It was an unexpected breach of privacy, and I hope the hotel takes note and reinforces respect for guest preferences. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was highly satisfying. The combination of its prime location, spacious rooms, thoughtful amenities, and friendly service makes this hotel a dependable and comfortable choice.

Absolutely brilliant stay at Causeway 353 Hotel. The location was perfect. Room was nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

很不錯的酒店，房間乾淨整潔，前台熱情好客，服務到位，酒店地理位置十分優越，就在flinders street railway station旁邊，步行十分鐘就能到，周邊就是步行街，有Myer等商場，購物很方便，酒店門口就有電車站，在免費電車區域，搭乘電車去其他地方遊玩也很方便，整體性價比很高，值得推薦！

Keren banget lokasi hotel ini, sebelah2 semua makanan, keluar sedikit sudah jalan besar penuh tempat makan dan belanja..bagian resepsi pada saat check in sangat membantu ,saya lupa untk menanyakan namanya..terima kasih atas pelayanannya mengizinkan kami untuk mandi karena penerbangan kami sampai di melb jam 7 pagi belum bisa untuk check in...yg pasti saya akan merekomendasikan hotel ini, hanyak masukan amenities nya sikat giginya tidak ada dan air mineral hanya dapat dihari pertama.. Thank you

The hotel was in a really good location. 5 minutes walk to trams on either ends. 10-15 minutes walk to Melbourne Central. There were also lots of cafes/restaurants around the hotel, heaps of options that are decent eats. There was a lift available for use. The only downside would be terrible wifi. The wifi kept dropping out and was super slow. We ended up just using our data which did drop out in intervals for like a minute or so. Sometimes, there’s like big noises from the road/sewage pipe I’m unsure but it wasn’t often and I’ve only noticed it on one of the days, out of 4 days we stayed. I love the checkout time being at 10am as it’s not too early, allowing for a longer sleep-in time and packing time for us. Check-in and check-out was smooth and quick. We are able to leave our luggages with them before and after which was convenient. Would def recommend to those wanting a decent hotel on a budget!

工作人員親切，退房後可以寄放行李。飯店隔音效果佳，位在鬧區、交通便利、步行距離不少餐廳，附近不遠處也有超市可以採買，搭市區電車與火車都方便。有提供洗髮精潤髮乳沐浴乳。要記得自備牙刷牙膏。房務人員不收小費。

酒店地理位置優越，去不同景點都好方便。整體環境和設施不錯，但我們廁所內的抽氣扇好像壞了，沒感到抽風，跟前台講後，也沒改善。
