房間很小很一般 門口幾節台階 如果行李重不推薦 半夜五點多還有人抽煙報警器響了 害的所有人跑下樓等消防車 也是一場鬧劇

It's just one block from Southern Cross Skybus station to Melboune Toulamarine Airport around 5 minutes walking distance. When we were there, the lobby area is on maintenance so a bit dusty but overall all good and in order. The receptionist all are friendly and helpful. Location is very good in the center and not far from free city tram.

總體還可以，衞生床單都很乾凈，天天有人來打掃🧹，房間隔音效果不好👎樓道説話都能聽到👂，8分左右吧！

I had a fantastic stay at Ibis Styles Kingsgate Hotel. Everything about my experience was excellent. • Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas were spotless and well-maintained. It really made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. • Location: Perfectly situated, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions, shops, and transport. • Service: The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had a pleasant experience. • Amenities: All the facilities I needed were available and in great condition, adding convenience and comfort to my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers. Excellent value and a wonderful experience!

很乾凈有暖氣、大堂正在裝修、比較亂、前台是臨時的、接待服務人員很熱情、早餐品類簡單、沒有肉蛋需要先付、（房間含早）衹是麪包果汁牛奶類……床是兩個0.8✖️2、中間有縫隙（大床房）睡的不舒服

酒店地理位置佳。步行外出非常方便。附近很多餐飲小館（西餐為主）步行250米就是Southern Cross火車站，可以乘搭往機場大巴。缺點：冰箱噪音較大。茶杯入住時有較明顯的污漬並沒有徹底清潔比較遺憾。

位置方便，由墨爾本機場乘坐Skybus約30分鐘到達Southern Cross Station ，再步行約5分鐘便到達酒店。 Southern Cross Station有Woolworths及Coles, 餐廳有Hungry Jack, KFC等。酒店附近有印度、韓國及西餐廳。 到遧酒店當晚剛巧在check in 前遇到火警鐘嚮，所有住客往酒店外等候，消防車到達後很快便離開，原來是一位住客不遵守規則偷偷在房間吸煙引致火警鐘嚮。 進入酒店前，有六至七級樓梯，可能不方便老人家。 前台職員友善有禮。有餐廳、gym。 房間在五樓，整體潔淨，但裝置比較舊，升降機按掣已破爛及房間門鏈需要更換，希望酒店注意。但整體還是覺得不錯。 房間清潔有進步空間，窗紗、電話及浴室的洗手液瓶上滿佈灰塵。 晚上睡得很好，但間中有冷氣機的運行聲音，剛入睡前可能有點影響，但入睡就聽不到。 床很舒服，可三邊下床。有衣櫃，書枱椅，門口空間放可兩大個喼，床尾還有走動空間。 以這個價位，整體不錯，會再入住。

設備陳舊、洗衣特別麻煩，需要一元、兩元澳幣的硬幣，前台可以換但是有個很*的東南亞男服務員態度傲慢，非常不適合做服務行業，好像一個印尼還是菲律賓人，英語口音濃重，洗衣液1.5澳幣一帶，洗衣機衹能轉30分鐘，洗的不乾不淨，非常麻煩，服務太差

Stayed at Ibis Kingsgate for two weeks as I was here to celebrate my birthday. It is my second time staying here; I also came here last year for two weeks and for my birthday! The hotel is located within a good and safe area - which is great for solo travellers such as myself. I’ve seen families at this hotel too. Ibis Kingsgate is within the free tram zone (you can take the 86 or 96), with access to many amenities nearby such as Coles, Woolies, Southern Cross Station (great for when you have to catch the SkyBus), My Chemist, and a range of food and cafe options. Located at the cross junction of King and Bourke St, the hotel is also walking distance to other popular streets such Elizabeth, Queen, Williams, Colins, Lonsdale, La Trobe, and more! Flinders is nearby too, and you can just cut across to Southbank as well! In fact, you can even walk to Lygon, Docklands or even as far as Collingwood, which I did! If walking is not your thing, there are also many options for trams, trains, and buses near this hotel. Room is adequate and clean, with a nice range of television channels. There’s a fridge, kettle and tea/coffee which is occasionally refilled. Bathroom is good too; sufficient and spacious enough, and for some - there’s even a window in the bathroom! The hotel staff are nice and it’s always great to be back. Thank you for the room upgrade, it made my 永安 even more special. I returned the gesture by keeping the room as clean and tidy as possible. ;p Until next time! See ya later!

Very good service. Here very good. Staff so nice. We have night flight we can left the luggage here by no need to pay anything more. Just we would like to give you improve about some cleaning because a lot of dust in the room makes us cough because of dust and winter should have some hotel slippers in the room. Everything good and connivence. Thank you. We feel very happy rest here when travel at Melbourne.
