酒店樓下就是酒吧，晚上音樂徹天響而且房間會跟着一起震！房間很像零幾年國內的那種酒店房間，而且退房時還要去查房，極度不推薦大家入住！

My partner and I recently stayed at Citadines on Bourke for a week and found it to be the perfect base for exploring Melbourne. The location is truly unbeatable. Situated right on the Paris end of Bourke Street, we were steps away from tram stops, the Parliament train station, and some of the city's best cafes, restaurants, and theatres. Everything in the CBD was easily walkable. We booked a studio apartment and were very pleased with the space. It was modern, clean, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. The kitchenette was well-equipped with a cooktop, microwave, and fridge, which allowed us to prepare simple meals and save on dining out. The included free WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, offering great recommendations for local eats. The 24-hour reception also provided peace of mind. While we didn't use the gym, it looked well-maintained. For travellers seeking a central location, space to relax, and the convenience of apartment amenities, Citadines offers outstanding value. We will definitely be returning.

The lighting in the room is not enough. Even we open all of that, it is still dark. The hotel shared the building with a club. On Friday and Saturday night, we can hear the music clearly at 6/F floor. We store the luggage after check out and pick up after few hours later. Unfortunately, we leave something out in the bathroom. When we go back to pick up our luggage, they didn’t ask us on solving that. They even not contact us to handle that.

I recently stayed at Citiclub Hotel Melbourne and had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of the city. It’s only about a 10-minute walk from Southern Cross Station, making it easy to get to and from the airport via SkyBus. Trams are also nearby, so getting around Melbourne is hassle-free. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. Since the hotel is attached to a club, you might hear some noise at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive for me. Food options around the hotel are great. Just a short walk away, I found Roti Bar, an excellent spot for Malaysian food with affordable prices and generous portions. Highly recommend trying the roti canai and nasi kandar 😊 Overall, Citiclub Hotel is a good choice if you’re looking for a central location with easy access to transport and plenty of dining options nearby.

這次住墨爾本CitiClub酒店的豪華雙床房，真是踩了個大雷。先説房間，跟圖片差太多了。圖片看着亮堂，實際進去暗沉沉的，傢俱也沒照片裏顯好，説是“豪華”，瞅着真一般。洗澡更麻煩，等熱水能等半天，每次都得先開着水放好久，水白流，人還得等着，特費勁。更沒想到的是，連牙膏牙刷都沒給——這玩意兒不是酒店基本操作嗎？還好自己帶了，不然真沒法洗漱，太敷衍了。最離譜的是床單！三層的，跟個三明治似的，還沒拉鍊。中間那層看着就有灰，上下兩層薄得跟沒蓋一樣，稍微動一下就滑跑了。晚上睡覺老得扯床單，睡得一點不踏實。還有那沙發，簡直沒法看！臟得明顯，角落裡還有發黴的地方，黑一塊綠一塊的，看着就膈應人。本來想坐會兒歇腳，一看那樣子，趕緊挪開了，生怕蹭一身。反正這趟住得太糟心了，衞生簡直沒眼看，服務也沒什麼迴應，整體就透着一股“糊弄”的勁兒。花這錢住這兒，真心不值，勸大家千萬別來踩這個坑。

酒店門廳很小，溝通入住。發現蓋的被子就是兩個被單子中間夾了一個灰黑色的毛毯。這都不是重點，關鍵是樓下酒吧的噪音持續到了凌晨5.30根本無法入睡，才明白為什麼前台給了兩個耳塞子。相信不會有客人住兩天。
