This place is simply amazing. The location the access the size almost 55 square meters. Note: there is construction happening next door which creates noise and light pollution but we were informed prior to booking so all good. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. I would highly recommend this place assuming the avg night rate stays around 110usd/night.

Great location and friendly staff. The room had everything we needed but the cleanliness was slightly lacking: cutlery and glasses were not really clean and the washing machine left a lot of residue on my clothes. That said overall I had an excellent stay.

Stayed with my father in a double basement room for a week. The apartment was spacious and in a great location near Fitzroy Gardens and lots of restaurants. This was our second stay and would certainly return. Staff were really helpful.

The location is good, but when we arrived at 2 pm, we couldn’t check in and had to wait 2 hours more. Plus there’s a terrible construction noise right next to our room every morning. Other from that the room has everything.
