非常網美的ㄧ家飯店，大廳跟房間都超美，可以拍ㄧ堆照片😂😂 最推有大浴缸的房型，光泡在ㄧ個那麼美的浴室裡就值回票價☺️☺️

酒店很新，裝修是現代摩登的風格，交通也很便利，電車站均有分佈，唐人街百米內可達，去州議會大樓和卡爾頓花園也就是兩個小路口的事。 不過服務響應速度會有點慢，比如酒店是可以提供牙刷牙膏的，但是在網上提交好幾次也不一定有應答，最後還是要自己去找保潔員問。

- 地理位置也很棒！就在Chinatown的對面，走去圖書館/卡爾頓花園/購物商場也就大概10分鐘左右。在免費電車區域內，吃飯什麼的都很方便 - 大堂非常有設計感，房間是套房形式，有一個帶電視的小客廳，卧室是兩張1.8的大床，也有電視。衞生間很大很漂亮。客廳和卧室用移門隔開，可以做到互不影響 - 提供一次性拖鞋和沐浴用品，有收費的mini bar，每日清潔也到位 總體非常不錯，性價比高！非常推薦！

I stayed at this hotel recently and was quite disappointed with my experience. • The room still had sticky tape marks that were not cleaned, which made me worry about being charged for damages I didn’t cause. • The room was very noisy, making it hard to rest. • The bathtub water pressure was extremely weak — it took almost an hour just to fill for a bath, which was really unacceptable. I reported these issues to the front desk, but unfortunately there was no response or follow-up. Overall, I did not feel well taken care of, and I hope the hotel can improve their service and facilities.

本來訂3晚試試水，發現這地理位置真的很方便所以又追加了一晚，就是永安上報的所有一日團接送點都在這酒店門口或者對面馬路同仁堂，所以真的很方便

非常喜歡 酒店審美很在線 裝修都很好看 床也很舒服 浴缸很美 空調調節有點搞不懂 晚上略微有點熱 轉角房間也算比較大 可以加床 對面就是唐人街 旁邊就是超市 周圍一堆吃的喝的 在免費乘車區域 去哪裡都非常方便

Such a beautiful hotel! Room had a great view and was super clean. The bar & bistro downstairs was also convenient and great for having a quick drink/date night if you didn’t want to travel anywhere/too tired. Check in and check out process was also very simple and they also have luggage storage which helped for arriving earlier than check in time (they let us check in an hour early anyway). Would highly recommend! Only thing amenities wise - would be great if they had some hotel slippers for the apartment!

I recently stayed at the Rydges Hotel on Exhibition Street in Melbourne, and I can’t fault it. It was a wonderful experience. One of the highlights was the 24/7 reception service, which made everything feel convenient and welcoming. The pool, gym, and outdoor area were excellent for a change of scenery and added to the overall comfort of my stay. In terms of amenities, the “Thank You” shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers were a nice touch—handy for my next visit. However, I did find it a little disappointing that disposable slippers and bathrobes weren’t provided, as these would have added an extra level of comfort. The bathrooms were spotless, with tiled flooring and a great showerhead that made the space feel modern and fresh. A room service menu was provided, which I thought was convenient and fairly priced, though I didn’t use it. The kitchen closed at 10:00 pm, but drinks were still available around the clock, which I appreciated. The only aspect that fell short was housekeeping. When I requested my room to be freshened up, I expected vacuumed floors, a cleaned toilet, and fresh sheets. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case, particularly on my last night when I was most looking forward to clean bedding. Overall, though, my stay at Rydges was highly enjoyable, and I’d happily return. With just a few improvements in housekeeping and small touches like slippers and robes, it would be near perfect.

Stayed for 3 nights in July. The rooms are modern and comfortable. My only complaint is that the bathroom gets a bit cold. Breakfast is nice: a good selection including some Asian options. It can sometimes get crowded and the service staff a bit overwhelmed so you may have to help yourself sometimes (e.g. to new utensils). There's a pool on the rooftop that's heated so you could swim in the winter and the gym is small but well equipped. Front desk service probably has the biggest room for improvement. One staff was genuinely friendly and helped to work out a mistake (they initially thought my booking didn't include the breakfast) but some could be a little more welcoming and hospitable.
