飯店人員的服務都很好 check in時間較晚還等我到很晚真的很感謝 而且都超親切的 有個姐姐能夠說中文真的很方便 還有一個外國人男生服務員也是很棒 房間很大有個小廚房可以自己煮菜 浴室基本上的沐浴露洗髮露都有 下次有機會會再選擇入住

I have been upgraded from a queen-sized suite to a family-sized suite, and I am very satisfied with the upgrade. Everything is very clean. However, the location of this room is not ideal for a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The Wi-Fi signal is weak and intermittent, as the room I have been allocated to is below ground level.

Soap dispenser on floor of shower - had leaked on floor, slippery, unsafe. Tap in kitchenette very loose - tried to fix unsuccessfully  Foyer area quite dirty.

The location is perfect with trams to the city which is not far away and trams to other shopping places and eateries, Kew has a supermarket 5mins walk away

The carpet was dusty around the corners, the curtain had fallen down, the ceiling in the toilet was s永安ped and the room was full of a musty smell when we first entered it. The location is convenient, a Woolworths is nearby the hotel. The staff at the check-in counter is nice Even if you hang on the tag "Please Clean up" outside your home , no one would come to clean the room We went to reception to get Toilet amenities everyday, it has an adequate amount of amenities which is good.
