如果叫了接駁車，一定要留個手機號，等了30分鐘還不來，還説我們no show。第二天離店，説消費了mini bar，其實沒有，後來通過平台協商解決。這個品牌酒店住過好幾次，每次都出點幺蛾子！

Amazing stay, with an amazing gym and delicious breakfast. The lobby bar is amazing with some very yummy prawn pasta as well.

離機場超近，國內綫T4，走路5min。 令人意外的是GYM設備超全，居然還有普拉提設備及按摩椅，太令人意外了。 可以客房訂餐，意麪味道超棒，總之，所有都很出乎意料。 床品很棒，非常整潔，洗漱品很好用，留香很久

整體挺好的，就是床和描述的一樣相對比較窄，離客運大樓很近，有接送機的車，還負責幫忙搬行李，人很多的時候可以自助辦理入住。

Nice rooms. Very stingy mini bar - $8 for a small mineral water (they're free at the nearby Park Royal, which is closer to the terminal and similar standard). Didn't order any food as the restaurant has very mediocre reviews and very high end prices. Comfy bed, good shower, dodgy TV reception. I think I'd choose the Park Royal again next time over the Novotel.

酒店就在T4客運大樓停車場旁邊，非常貼心的是有接駁車（二十分鐘一班，具體入住的時候問前台）可以直送T2客運大樓國際出發口，非常方便。酒店有意大利餐廳，點餐後半小時到四十分鐘送到房間。房間設施也比較新，挺舒服的。非常適合趕早航班的人。酒店服務不錯，前台主動提供了接駁車的訊息和時間選擇建議，挺nice的小姐姐。注意兩點：1，novotel和ibis在同一幢樓，前台在左右兩端，別排錯隊；2，接駁車要提前預訂，上車會對名字，不預訂可能上不去。

We are a family of 5 adult and 1 infant, and we booked 2 rooms separately. We primarily chose this hotel because of the good location next to the domestic terminal and a not-so-expensive price point (compared to Parkroyal which was directly opposite the hotel). The rooms were decently-sized, nothing too luxurious as it catered mainly to travellers transferring in the airport. The hotel had a massive gym, which was surprisingly given that it was mostly empty but they had all kinds of equipment catering to all body parts. We also had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was OK. Not the best food, but at least it filled out stomachs with the standard spread of Western food - fruits, bread, eggs and bacons etc. All in all, would recommend this hotel if you are transitioning at Melbourne for a night and looking for an affordable yet not too shabby place to sleep!

I stayed 1 night and used the restaurant/bar downstairs for dinner plus they had happy hour drinks. Check in was quick, rooms were quiet considering the airport is next door. You can hear planes but it’s not bad. Very clean room & bed was very comfortable. I walked to the international terminal in about 8 minutes!
