衞生4分不是因為打掃得不乾淨，衹是因為是個有歷史的酒店，我們入住的淡季，很多房間都在翻新改造。環境4分不是因為地理位置或風景不好，衹是南向的凹面建築結構會聚攏餐廳室外桌位的吵鬧聲。馬耳他全國的服務都是態度好到讓你都不好意思着急生氣，但問題不一定真能解決… 比如我們的陽台門鎖壞了，從前台到工程部到工人兜轉了一圈，每個人都誠懇用心地迴應，但最後我們決定用椅子抵住門框防止從外側打開——簡單粗暴但解決問題～ 總體來説，相對這個淡季的半宿總價，我們非常滿意。最後，針對永安上的訊息不準差評：特意訂的“雙床1.5-1.8或四個單人床”，結果衹得到了一個1.5的queen bed，酒店説他們根本沒有1.8*2米的大床或四床房…

È la seconda volta che soggiorno al paradise location perfetta per visitare le isole.. Un po' lontana dal centro soprattutto per la soppressione di qualche corsa di autobus. Albergo e soggiorno più che soddisfacente, spiaggia quest' anno quasi abbandonata come pulizia e assistenza.. Soggiorno settembre 2025

El hotel esta muy bien aunque esta mas diseñado para un viaje en familia, el hotel tiene buenas instalaciones con lo que cubre en parte el estar alejado de todo. Recomendable para familia pero no para viaje con amigos si buscas ambiente y fiesta.

酒店雖然舊一點，但設備齊全，有漂亮的鹹水游泳池、海景餐廳和大堂的酒吧還有人演唱，氣氛不錯。房間性價比方面，由於旺季，一房難求，經常爆滿，價格會有點高，酒店比較適合一家帶着小孩入住，還有很多小童設施。酒店就靠近碼頭100米，去Comino 島或Gozo島是非常方便。整體不錯，值得推薦。

Ideal for families and Gozo 永安s. Few shops nearby (only one inside hotel closes at 7:30 PM). Room management needs improvement.. we got the wrong room at first and had to request a change. Thanks to Alberto..

The staff are all helpful and friendly, really appreciate that. The location of the hotel is perfect, although u might need 1.5 hours to arrive from airport or Valletta. It saves you a lot of time if you are planning to Comino Island and the Gozo Island. The traffic is very convenient which a large bus stop is nearby. You could go wherever you want through the buses. The facility is great as well. They have band show, pool, gym room that we enjoy a lot. Highly recommend this place to stay!

Not impressed. Was put in a room below the standard I had booked and was very disappointed with the hotels response. Spent 3 nights in the substandard room and was then expected to pay extra for an upgrade for the last 4 nights of my stay (oh, they did offer a €10 discount for my 3 nights in the small room!). Ended up in a room overlooking the ferry terminal and road leading to it.. very noisy. Gave up complaining, just endured the rest of my stay until I could come home. NOT a place for the solo traveller. Oh, and so much for the ‘Queen’ sized bed. Rubbish!
