Affordable hotel with impeccable cleanliness! Pro: hotel provides a lemon water and ready coffee free flow at the lobby. Have iron and iron board outside the room at the aisle. Near to restaurants and convenient stores. Daily cleaning services in room Size of the room and toilet is nice Cons: Only stairs to go to the all room which located on the first floor Aircond took some times to cold Staff smoking infront of the entrance hotel. The smell enters the hotel lobby which is very uncomfortable

During our 永安 to Kuala Gandah, we decided to book this hotel to spend a night at Mentakab. Overall the location of the hotel was easy to find. Rooms are nice and clean, however the walls are abit on the thinner side as noise from outside you are able to hear. Sound insulation is not the best, but for a quick 1 night stay it's okay. Staff are friendly and accommodating no issue with that. What's best is that you are able to choose 3 level of firmness for your room pillows. It's a first time for me, interesting concept. There's a chinese restaurant seafood right at your doorstep, didn't went there but we went to 燒魚海鮮飯店（Roast Fish & Seafood Restaurant) and it was very good! Highly recommended for those that wants to taste fresh seafood.

One of the power socket is faulty but lucky the at the receptionist he manage to borrow me the extension cable. This hotel do not have reserve parking for customer and there are no lift in this hotel (I think maybe this hotel only have 2 stories) And the room I stayed, at night there is a pub near by which they switch on the music quite loud which interrupt me doing my work because the sound proof is not that good. Lucky they stop the music before 10pm. Walking distance to convenient store and some restaurant
