Apartments are furnished with fridge, microwave and dishes, all you need for a comfy stay eating in or out your accommodation. Bedding is very comfortable A bit outside Centro Historico but not too far. 24/H front desk service Very good price for value ! Recommended 👍

很基本的房間，有空調，房間大，完全不隔音好像大學宿舍，第二天起喝的水必須自己買，沒有什麼客房服務，不換毛巾。地方有點遠。適合自理能力強，不怕走路的。

As before, highly recommended a real gem for this price. We extended our stay because we liked it here so much, it’s perfect to relax. And we going to miss the huge comfortable bed.

Highly recommended! Best stay we've had on our 永安 so far. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The bed is huge and very comfortable. Although we were on the first floor and directly on the street it is surprisingly quiet, you also have a small terrace with privacy. We felt so comfortable that we immediately extended our stay.
