What a great little capsul hostel. It’s a little way from the main areas in Merida, but only a 10-15 min walk, so fine overall. The place it spotlessly clean. You get towel and bedding. The doors in the capsule lock which is great for a sense of security and they are very private. The aircon can be a bit aggressive so ask for a blanket which they have. I don’t have the waffles in the end, but I smashed the free coffee and tea ! Staff were soo very welcoming and kind to me. I would highly recommend this accommodation either for a short or long stay. Get it booked !

In der Unterkunft wird damit geworben dass Frühstück, Kaffee und Tee inkludiert ist, ist es aber nicht mehr. Der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig. Man sollte sich stets leise bewegen und verhalten im Gegenzug hat das Personal es aber konsequent mit der TV Lautstärke übertrieben. Zudem waren die Bäder alles andere als sauber und es fehlte permanent an Toilettenpapier, Seife etc. In der Kapsel hat alles gequietscht und massiv Geräusche gemacht, das Licht ging nur zum Teil und es hat permanent geflackert. Achja und nach der ersten Nacht in der Kapsel war man völlig zerstochen (Bisse deuteten auf Wanzen oder ähnliches hin).

Una experiencia decepcionante :( Reservamos 5 noches y preferimos perder el dinero de 4 de ellas a seguirnos quedando allí. Las cápsulas están bien. El colchón y las almohadas no son demasiado cómodas, pero es aceptable. Hay mucho ruido porque no hay ningún aislamiento de sonido entre una cápsula y otra. Fuera de eso, las cápsulas cumplen lo que prometen. El verdadero problema son los baños. El baño de mujeres huele muy mal, hay humedad en las paredes y la noche que llegamos los inodoros estaban sucios y el piso estaba mojado y visiblemente sucio. Preferí no bañarme allí. Además cuando reservamos decía que el desayuno estaba incluido, pero llegando nos dijeron que eran 50 pesos extra por persona por cada día. Traté de cancelar 3 dias de mi reserva por medio de 永安 pero ellos me dijeron que el alojamiento jamás les contestó para solucionar el asunto. Por su parte, el alojamiento dice que 永安 jamás los ha contactado. Sigo esperando alguna solución. Adjunto fotos de los baños :/
