Excelente hotel! Todo ordenado y limpio, no tuve ningún problema, el desayuno es un buffet que incluye mucha variedad, cuando regrese a Mérida me volveré a hospedar ahí.

今回、初めて利用しました。メリダ中心地からは遠いですが、大型ショッピングモールが隣接しており、買い物には困らなかったです。室內は非常に清潔で快適でした。スタッフの対応も良く、次回も利用したいと思います。

Es un hotel bastante Nuevo cerca del museo maya, una piscina en la azotea. El desayuno es un punto fuerte aunque el gym es muy básico. También tiene una lavandería bastante práctica

Overall is impressive. Friendly and helpful staffs. I love the ice machine so much, especially, when you are in a super hot day. There are a lot of parking spaces. There is a construction during our stay but that was not a problem at all.

I stayed in Residence Inn Merida for a month in January 2024. I liked the location and services. It’s very close to the Galleria Mall, Costco and a large grocery store. You can take bus R72 to Central Merida which is very convenient if you don’t have a car or don’t want to drive.The room is clean and equipped with full kitchen. The breakfast is included. The front desk staffs are also helpful. They helped us to arrange two private day 永安s to Maya sites and cenotes. The only thing I would recommend is to improve the quality and add more choices to the breakfast. Not many varieties of breakfast. The refrigerator is a little bit noisy at night.
