梅尼達市區萬怡酒店 (Courtyard Merida Downtown)

酒店位置很好, 附近都是高級酒店, 步行5分鐘到Paseo 60巴士站, 約18分鐘到Parque de Santa Ana 廣場, 兩個都是一日遊的熱門集合地點 早餐很好, 種類及味道都好, 還有專人煎旦或奄列, 酒店的服務員常都帶着微笑, 尤其餐廳懂英語的服務員Ingrid, 常常主動幫助我們, 讃👍

We stayed here for two nights. Overall, the property itself is nice, but unfortunately our experience with billing and included services was disappointing. At check-in, the amount I was charged at reception was 300 pesos higher than what was stated in my official booking confirmation. I was told it was due to a different exchange rate, but the booking document clearly listed the price in Mexican pesos, so there shouldn’t have been any exchange difference. The next morning at breakfast, the waitress informed us that breakfast was not included in our stay, even though it was clearly included in our booking. I had to return to reception to sort it out. The same situation happened again with the two pizzas and soft drinks that were included in our package. When we called to order them, we were told they were not included. Once again, I had to go back to reception to clarify and prove what we had paid for. It felt like I had to repeatedly go to reception to justify and confirm services that were already included in our reservation. That’s not the kind of experience you expect when booking a hotel stay. Clear communication between reception and restaurant staff would greatly improve the guest experience.

酒店房間、健身房還有頂樓無邊泳池設施都很新，酒店所在區域也很安靜，附近好吃的餐廳遍佈，步行到centro historico大概2km。房間很寬敞，一家四口住也相當寬鬆！聖誕期間一樓餐廳有聖誕樂隊駐唱，氛圍感十足

非常棒的酒店，設施很新，整體的居住體驗很好。早餐種類豐富，挺好吃的。唯一不足的地方是酒店的空調有聲音，有點影響睡眠。

It was the best hotel we stayed in this Mexico 永安. Hotel room was clean with good air conditioning. Shower was great too. Breakfast buffet offered many choices of Mexican food and drinks.

Great hotel with attentive staff. Room was big and clean. Check in was quick.

酒店很新，是整個旅程定的最好的酒店，早餐不錯，前台很好，房間超預期，隔音很好，距離歷史中心2km，停車免費，樓頂有泳池，視野很好；唯一不足，馬桶設計的有點高，160身高衹能腳尖着地😅

唯一不足之處就是淋浴房地面太滑了，也沒有防滑墊，我衹能用放在外面墊腳的毛巾放進淋浴間的地上。
