歐洲皇宮酒店 (Europa Palace Hotel)

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo perché dovevo andare ad un concerto al palasport , l'ho scelto per la vicinanza al luogo, la zona mi è sembrata tranquilla , ottimo ristorante e la cameriera con noi e stata molto gentile e simpatica, bisognerebbe fare un po' di manutenzione in più , e stare più attenti nella pulizia delle camere, c'era un po' di polvere , per il resto il soggiorno è stato di nostro gradimento.

E’ perfetto, bisogna solo rimodernare le stanze

Mi reserva era para dos personas y me dieron habitación individual . Sugerí que me dieran la habitación doble que figuraba en mi reserva y me dijeron que estaríamos cómodos en ella porque la cama era grande. Cierto. La cama estaba bien y lo aceptamos, pero un hotel tiene que asumir su error y por encima de todo , dar un buen trato a los clientes. Faltó ese ofrecimiento de cambio de habitación, aunque hubiéramos aceptado la que teníamos. Otra cosa son las instalaciones. Son antiguas . Suelo enmoquetado muy sucio y otras carencias que un hotel de esta categoría no debería tener. Lo mismo sucede con el desayuno. Deficiente total. Sin comida caliente, sin fruta y para beber solamente agua. Pudimos elegir solo entre algunos dulces y algunas tarrinas de mermelada y mantequilla No puedo recomendar a nadie este hotel Espero que todo este tiempo que he dedicado sirva para que tomen nota y los clientes reciban un mejor servicio

Check-in took two minutes, the receptionist was very professional. We got the key and clear instructions to our room, and the wifi password. The room was functional, but good enough for the purposes. The bed was large enough and comfortable. The room's windows faced the water, and we enjoyed seeing the ferry from the balcony when we opened the window. The room also had a working desk which was good, as we needed space to do some computer work. The bathroom amenities were ample, and we had plenty of fresh linen. Breakfast the next morning was a HUGE spread. Among all the hotels we stayed in Sicily, this one had the most food on offer. The waiter at the coffee station was commendable - we ordered a hot chocolate and the effort he put into making the perfect cup just made our day. I want to make a special mention to the lady at reception. I left my passport in the room after we checked out, and didn't realise it until over an hour later. I rang in a state of panic and she calmly reassured me that they had found it and she was holding on to it for me. Despite the slight language barrier, she communicated compassion perfectly. When I reached the hotel, she handed it over with the kindest smile, and that immediately dialled down my stress levels. 5/5 is not high enough for the service rating of this place, I would give them 10/5 if I could. And the lady at the front desk needs a promotion.
