Sheets had blood stains on them.  Location although good was very noisy with music going to early hours.  Staff unable to explain clearly about the deposit - was taken at checkin  then I have been given two different answers as to the return of deposit policy.  One said it was credited back to my credit card account ( which is wasn’t) and another saying it was for services?  Still no answers - so what was it for?   Frustrating dealing with staff who can’t explain clearly.  Feeling dupped and ripped off - false advertising on site and will never use this service again!!

I havechecked into a hotel room that was dirty, smelled bad, and had a cockroach, indicating it hadn’t been used or cleaned for some time. I have reported these issues to the front desk, but were told the hotel was fully booked and lacked housekeeping staff. After multiple requests, I was given a new room the next day, but this room also had problems—poor internet signal made it difficult to work during your official 永安. Despite reporting the issue several times and being promised a fix, nothing was done. Much of my 永安 was spent trying to resolve these problems at the front desk, preventing you from relaxing and working comfortably. I am now seeking a refund and have added all details to your booking notes.

Really disappointed with this hotel. Be careful with your credit cards, they make unjustified bank charges. They charged me parking fees even though I don't have a car and they were really rude and unconcerned about my complaint. They even hung up on me when I called them on the phone.

Great location. Staff were good and polite. The pool is quite small but good enough for few people. Rooms are specious with good size bathroom. We were happy with our stay. One downside is that was no breakfast included in the price which should be a standard.
