Good location next to the beach, very friendly staff, Pedro & his team are amazing and helpful, very clean, rooms are nice but minimalistic, pool is cozy with view on Collins Avenue, at the beach you get sun-beds but umbrellas are available at $22 extra charge, bathroom amenities are nice, rooms in Courtyard are quite - no party noise. This hotel is a 9 out of 10. We will come back. Well done!

太潮 服務員跟不給工錢一樣喪着臉 對我們華人不太一樣 旁邊好多比他便宜的好酒店 早餐就一杯咖啡加一個麪包 不能選 塞牙縫不夠 浴室不衞生黴菌 性價比不高

Well starting off the hotel for the price is definitely not worth it it's like a motel courtyard looks a little more asteticly pleasing.the valet after 8 pm give u a hard time when u want something from your car or need for quick 永安 walked 5 flights of stairs across from hotel not even on property. Then the restaurants dishes were a little out there. I'm all for culinary experiences but this was something else.the front desk and staff were very friendly and did there jobs great except there was a car burning out infront of hotel at 3am for a hour straight half the hotel was outside cause they couldn't sleep they should of done something for our troubles instead there's a resort fee no one said anything about and some other stupid fee that add 100$ to the bill.
