米拉吉貝斯特韋斯特Sure精選酒店 (Hotel Mirage, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western)

整體還算整潔。早餐種類不多

Es ist schwierig nachzuvollziehen, warum das Hotel noch einigermaßen gute Bewertungen hat. Es ist extrem alt, Schwimmbad hat man seit Jahren nichts mehr renoviert, aber das Bad war wirklich richtig eklig . Das Zimmer selbst ist super klein, bei den Bildern, die man im Internet sieht hat wohl ein professioneller Fotograf ganze Arbeit geleistet. Immerhin kann man relativ einfach kostenlos parken vor dem Hotel. Eine U-Bahn ist weit und breit nicht zu finden . Insgesamt eine Enttäuschung Positiv muss man bewerten, dass das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich war, gleiches gilt für die Rezeption..

Not a bad mid-level hotel. The rooms are small but clean. The mattress is comfortable. We had two rooms. One of the windows overlooked the road, so it was quite noisy. The hotel provides earplugs to compensate for noise. There was one significant drawback - one of the rooms was very hot and stuffy. The air conditioning system only operates on heat. Therefore, it was not comfortable to sleep. Opposite the hotel there is a tram stop that goes to the center in 30 minutes. We liked the restaurant near Ristorante Dal Re. 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall, if it weren't for the poor sleep due to the stuffiness, the hotel would have deserved an excellent rating.

非常不錯 很乾凈 舒服睡一整天

Everything was good. The receptionist were all so welcoming and very friendly. The room was excellent! I just really don’t like how the waiter treated us when we came to have breakfast at 10:37 am (the breakfast time was 07:00 to 11:00). We asked if we could still get something before the closing time, he seemed really disappointed and a bit mad but still they said it was ok. He was just looking at us, then when we were at the coffee machine he told us “just make it quick!” We got coffee and a mini Brioche then left quickly, it wasn’t even 10 minutes, but we were so uncomfortable about him looking at us and seemed so pissed about us arriving at that time. We’re sorry for the inconvenience for the staff at the breakfast area but it says when it’s sunday, it will be close at 11am we didn’t think you’ll start cleaning at 10:30 and if you had a problem with us arriving late, we’re really sorry but you could’ve said that you can’t accept us anymore, or at least you could’ve talked to us in a better way and tell us to be as fast as possible.
