I had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The check-in process was quick and smooth. My room are very comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities complete but it just ready for only one person. The location was also ideal — close to everything but quiet enough to get a good night’s rest. Overall was good 👏🏽

It was not a good experience because the bathroom was not clean. I had a problem with my shower and i told a guy who was at the receptionist desk about it but he didnt take note or do something about it. I didnt have a good shower because of that!!! Very frustrating and bad experience.
