這家酒店太老了，裝修設施都不現代化。 一進房間就一股黴味，然後浴缸和馬桶都是堵的。打電話給前台如實反饋情況問能不能換房間，前台説換不了，衹能交維修工過來修理。這個答案簡直絕了，第一次碰到這種服務態度的。然後等了維修工15分鐘都沒來，第二次打電話催促又等了10分鐘才來。酒店提供的洗浴用品完全不起泡，水龍頭都生銹了。床單也是發黃的，一看就好久沒洗了。最受不了的是一大早醒來發現床上有發黴的假睫毛。早餐的選擇更是少得可憐，沒有西式中式。衹有馬來餐可以選。在米里400多一晚的酒店，完全是德不配位。強烈建議避雷這家酒店！

Saw door area got rubbish. Air con not cold Quite hot in the afternoon and evening. This is My first time Staying wirh My husband Dnt think will stay there anymore. Bath room leaking during shower We are in hurry to family dinner, and stating quite late, so did not manage to call room service on the room condition.

This hotel presents a mix of significant advantages and notable drawbacks. Its strongest selling point is, without a doubt, its excellent location right inside Bintang Megamall . For shoppers, this is incredibly convenient. The addition of a free guest car park is a major plus, even if finding a spot can be challenging during busy mall hours . However, the room itself was disappointing. You are not alone in finding the facilities run-down; a very recent guest in September 2025 also reported their room was "old and dirty". Furthermore, the very basic amenities were insufficient, and it's frustrating that your simple request for extra shower gel was never fulfilled. On a positive note, the strong water pressure in the shower is a genuine bonus that can enhance the daily routine, a detail also appreciated by a past guest. This hotel seems to offer good value for a shopping-focused 永安 if you can secure a clean room and don't require exceptional service, but it may fall short for those expecting well-maintained facilities and responsive staff.

Pro : Great location. The staff are very friendly. Room is big and spacious. Con : The bath tub need upgrade. The hot and cold water mixer is faulty. The wash basin tap is a little short, thus making hand washing a little challenging.

Stayed there for one night. the room was okay, no fresh smell or anything but worst thing is i found a cockroach below my pillow ! it was very disgusting. otherwise, the breakfast was okay. located inside Bintang Mall

it was my more than 3x stays at Meritz and it was completely incredible , not just about the connecting door to the mall , also about the safety. im highly recommended to stay here if you’re lazy to go anywhere cause the mall just beside u 😆. not even 10 step u took from the hotel to reach the mall.And for the services , everything was good till i order for room service , i dont know why the lady that answer my phone didn’t talk in appropriate tone.i hope they fix how they should be communicate to the guest.

Overall the hotel's location was good. In addition, for minus disadvanatge is my room got dysfunctional shower rain. Thus, i had to use tap to shower. Minus also when the pillowcase got stains on it.

The best place to stay in Miri. Definitely no doubt about it. The standard room type was clean with a panoramic view, facing the south China Sea. The bathroom showers very good and so powerful. The bed was soft and clean. Except for the pillows. I should have changed to a soft one. However, the morning breakfast was superbly delicious and we enjoy it every moment especially the nasi goreng.
