I’m to tired to take picture during my stay but this was my second time in Mega Hotel. Strategic location, good breakfast spread. Basic amenities and great service.

The hotel was charming and the rooms were superb. Despite being right across the street facing Ming’s, I could barely hear any noise from either Ming's nor the street. Location is convenient, and grab orders are just one phone call away; it only took me an average of 3 minutes to wait to get one.

From the moment I reached Mega Hotel the staff welcomed me with flowers and a complimentary drink. The best thing was its efficient check-in/check-out process, which left me thoroughly impressed !!!

Hotel was dated. Room service was not up to standard. Cupboard in room was dusty - we bought wet wipes to clean ourselves. We stayed for 3 weeks, only vacuum the carpet briefly when we requested. We asked to change beddings after one week, room service staff did look happy - only changed duvet cover fitted sheet was not changed. Bathroom had mold everywhere. Room WiFi was slow and not fast enough to stream videos. Breakfast was same everyday. They had self service noodle cooking station - electric cookers turned themselves off all the time due to power overloading. As a result, soup was only luke warm. No offer from restaurant staff to turn on electric cookers. Restaurant staff were not professional - kidding/chatting and playing with each other in front of guests. Food replenishment was not fast enough or not replenished near breakfast closing time. Hotel location was good and central to a lot of places.

We enjoyed our stay at mega hotel. My kids love it very much especially the swimming pool makes them don't want to fly back to Johor. Thanks Mega Hotel for your good services while we are there. The Food for room services also Great. I ate the Laksa sarawak it was marvellous taste.

酒店地理位置一流，到Miri主要景點、吃吃、走走等都超級方便，四樓露天泳池不小，還可以遠眺市區遠近風光，早餐一流，每天有換品種，服務不錯，小小瑕疵是主要因酒店較“老”了吧？網速慢和不穩定，門鎖時有不太靈光，還有衞生間抽水馬桶欠給力，插座位置佈置安裝不合理，希望加以更好的檢修、維護、升級，越辦越好！
