Really thumbs up for the ryokan experience! Arrived late and the staff was waiting outside in the cold weather identify us immediately, guiding us to a parking lot and helping us to the inn. Explanation was good and they are good with using translation on the phone to make sure we understand. Service excellence! Food was impressive, really good dinner and breakfast in the room! Room is clean and there is an option to go for the outdoor private onsen at an affordable price!

チェックイン時間に遅れて來たにも関わらず、當然遅れる連絡はしておりましたが、車を停めてからすぐに出迎えてくださり、お店の方がすごく丁寧であたたかい方で、歓迎されているようでした。嬉しかったです。温泉も気持ちよく、疲れがとれました。洗面台も、２つずつあり、おそらくリフォームされていて、使い心地が良かったです。ありがとうございました！！

Smaller hotel than expected. No bathroom in the room. Need to have bath in underground onsen and the onsen near the hotel. Great food with hand to toe service. The staff are friendly. Even English speaking ability is limited, they tried hard to translate. Nice experience in a small onsen valley.
