This is the first time I write a complaint letter for residence! I am writing to complain about the wifi connection in the room. Yesterday the connection suddenly stopped after 22:00 and cannot be connected again. The next day I go to the front desk at 09:00 and the door is locked. Finally I see the staff and found that I can connect at the lobby only. Then I take the belongsings afterwards and try to use the wifi at lobby. But I found the door is closed again!! Im now standing beside the cleaning room at G/F to type this! If I know the connection is like that. Im sure I wont book this inn. I need to the search info for my 永安.
