酒店有些房型還挺不錯的，有些一般。 前台服務員的態度有待提高，對於客人的訴求不能理解。bellboy倒是挺有服務意識。 全包式酒店，對於價位來説，餐食不是特別豐盛，主要是去了兩次海鮮餐廳都不開門。牙買加餐廳服務也不是那麼友好。 酒吧服務員，不喜歡開新酒，每天有限額麼？那這就不叫暢飲啊，不如提前標上可用杯數。 咖啡廳小時24小時開放，這個真是不錯。 泳池也是24小時，難得

This hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly. The welcome snack is a lovely gesture. The only issue was that there were no slippers in the room and we had to ask for them more than once. Otherwise everything was great.

This was my first all inclusive hotel experience in jamaica. It was excellent from check in point onwards. All staff members were exceptional, customer service second to none. The variety of food included traditional as well as other selections and was great. If there was a downside it would be the traffic noise that could be head from room 643, maybe a better sound barrier would help. Also even though it is not totally the responsibility of the hotel, they arranged for transportation to the airport, approximately 5 minutes away for which we were charged £37 for 2 people! A better choice of taxi driver who charges a fairer price should be considered. Despite that I would definitely use S hotel again and recommend to others, especially those who only trust the larger more commercial establishments

Yes, one can locate a newer hotel with more amenities; however, S Hotel has everything needed to enjoy Jamaica within an easy commute. It is a Jamaican owned hotel staffed by locals. A wonderful selection of freshly prepared food and beverages were always available. Spa services were easily booked. Free and low-cost activities were available all day. There were very few service delays. While staff appreciated tips, one didn't feel obligated to carry cash. The hotel was safe for an all-girls' 永安. We relaxed in the ocean, did water aerobics in the pool, attempted to learn Jamaican dance steps, learned about coffee and rum,...the experiences were varied and available. Go. Renew. Refresh.

I had an amazing vacation at S hotel. The service was top notch! I had issues with the bathroom upon checking in, and the assistant GM immediately upgraded my room and added free massages to compensate for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re a sunset lover, then you’re in for a treat! I will definitely be returning.
