Aparentemente las fotos del hotel tienen bastantes años, porque esta supremamente descuidado, paredes manchadas, toallas viejas, puertas rayadas, espejos oxidados, lámparas con manchas, mesas rayadas… muchas reparaciones en la habitación mal ejecutadas, almohadas pequeñas y rellenas de pedaceria, además de que se escucha todo lo que pasa en los pasillos. El lobby decente, pero no te imaginas las habitaciones estén en esas condiciones, yo creo tiene una categoría de MOTEL. No siento que obtuve lo que pagué.

El servicio estuvo bien, las instalaciones muy limpias, céntrico el hotel, el desayuno incluido también estaba bien lo único es que tanto la ducha como el sanitario estaban algo tapadas y no permitía el desagüe oportuno

I was assigned a small room at the back, which I was told was the last room left, due to an event that night. I complained at reception, having been unable to find the details of my reservation online. They could not help! I was told that I requested a quiet room, which it true. BUT, I also request an airport shuttle 2x and got not reply. Most critically, the room had a very bad smell & after my second 永安 downstairs on a busy night due to the wedding I explained that I refused to sleep there. I had left opposite facing windows open for 10 mins to air, without improvement. FInally, 2 cleaners were sent & one explained that a wall had just been painted! I complained again & finally they discovered another room! 40 mins after check-in, I moved my luggage to the new room (no offer to help). Bad service at Esplender hotel.

I needed somewhere nice to stay for a quick visit to Montevideo- this hotel is in desperate need of renovation, the rooms themselves were clean but absolutely tiny- I could barely move around the room. Breakfast was decent and service was great, friendly staff. For the price, I think it is okay.

下午三點才能辦理入住，上午十一點前辦理退房，有一點點不適應。建築有歷史感，裏面的裝潢設施不是很新，跟國內200以下的酒店差多吧，但對比這邊物價也合理。離獨立廣場非常近，總之我還是比較滿意。

A very good more upscale hotel in Montevideo. it's close to many transport options and breakfast was included as well. The rooms were alright; but nothing that wasn't working. The staff were super welcoming and warm, always attentive and smiling, especially at the front desk!
