I wonder on what basis this not so good hotel was rated as 4 star No one speaks English The hotel is very old and so are its facilities The breakfast is minimal and after 10 am you have to pay for your coffee The beds are creaky and old I tried to work out the AC to give hot air. I had lots of issues with it. I called the receptionist but not being able to understand English after 10 minutes of frustration she said she has to turn the hot air on for our room. It took a while. There were not enough towels. So I needed to request. The soap and shampoo were also minimal. If I was to rate that hotel I would say the maximum of 2 Stars.

They upgraded my room to a bigger one, but it felt like it wasn't booked for some time, the floor was a bit dusty. The bed is comfortable. The lobby looks luxurious, but the room is very basic, walls are empty.100% Blackout curtains. The staff is nice and helpful. However they didn't allow me to use the swimming pool after I checked out despite on I checked in very late. Free luggage storage. The restaurant manager is super nice, and the breakfast is good. The location is good, a convenience store at the corner, a couple of restaurants nearby, nice buildings. Quiet district.

Não tive nenhum problema. Quarto igual as fotos, localização ótima (fiz muita coisa andando e ônibus bem perto). Restaurante do hotel também bom para comer e salvar a noite quando está cansado para sair pra jantar.
