They didn't give the full refund of the security deposit. It's been a week and I'm still waiting, but they just keep saying it's already been sent!

Room is newly renovated. Pool area is clean. Staffs are very nice and accommodating.

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews I read online, and I can happily say I wasn't disappointed with my choice. Check-in & Parking Our check-in process was completely smooth and hassle-free. We parked our car in the hotel’s free parking lot. It was quite packed—I assume there was a wedding or another big event going on at the time—but despite the crowd, we managed to find a spot for our car. Room & Amenities The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the floors were spotless. This is a multi-story hotel with a functioning elevator. I learned that it used to belong to a major hotel chain before it changed ownership and name. You can definitely feel that legacy, as it still maintains a certain standard of high quality. The building itself doesn't look worn out at all. Another great perk was the ice machine; we were able to fill up our icebox for the car free of charge, which was super convenient. The room's AC worked perfectly, the TV had plenty of channels, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable and smooth. Location & Value The hotel is located close to the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers who need easy airport access. While it is a bit far from the city center, it worked perfectly for us since we had a car. If you don't have a vehicle, the distance from downtown might be something to consider, but for our needs, it was just right. Conclusion Overall, I really liked it. The pricing was very reasonable for what it offers. It’s a clean, comfortable, and highly stayable place. I would definitely recommend it!

Great place

Room was newly renovated, no problem with cleanness. Amenities, including Elevator, lobby and especially restaurant were not very presentable though so never used them. Pool seemed ok which had a long slide for kid but water was too cold and dirty. The problem is with their way of how to deal with lost item. After check out I found that I left my waterpik in the bathroom. I called the hotel during the same day of checkout and again the next day. The receptionist tried to pass the message to housekeeping but nobody called me back for 3 days. I’ve been waiting for a phone call and wanted to pick up as soon as they call me but I guess I have to buy a new one now. A bit surprising because all the other hotels I stayed in the past always accommodated gladly with lost items. Not very professional to me.
