War alles super. Kanada hat einen anderen Standard das muss einem bewusst sein. Das Zimmer hat gut gerochen, war sauber und gross geschnitten. Es gab Wasser, heisses Wasser, Säfte, Kaffee 24h kostenlos und ein extrem Kleines Frühstück aber besser als nichts :). 24h gab es auch jemand an der Rezeption somit fühlt man sich auch sicher. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig aber ich war froh dieses hotel gebucht zu haben. Ich hatte davor ein Pod Hostel für 3 Nächte gebucht, welches ich freiwillig nach der ersten Nacht verlassen hatte, somit war ich sehr zufrieden dieses Hotel gehabt zu haben.

First, the bad news - on many sites, it lists this hotel as "parking available". Parking is available, just not at the hotel. You must park in the underground parking across the street. The good news is that it is fairly inexpensive. We checked in around 4pm, and checked out at 7am two days later, and it was only $36 for parking. The breakfast is pretty standard - bagels, toast, cereal. And the rooms do not have a microwave or coffee maker. However, as the breakfast area is always open, you can get coffee, juice or hot water, and use the microwave any time. The room was good sized, with a small fridge. And I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the hotel. It also has a great location - walking distance to everything. We had two very good nights at the hotel, and I would not hesitate to book it again.

Les employés étaient parfaits. Cependant, on ne peut recommander cet hôtel pendant les journées de grandes chaleurs parce qu'il n'y a pas vraiment d'air climatisé qui se rend dans la chambre. Le système de climatisation est centralisé, et très peu performant dans la chambre. Il aurait fallu dormir la porte ouverte pour réussir à avoir un tout petit peu de fraîcheur.

房間小 設施很一般，水沒送，連煮水壺都沒有，辛虧一樓廚房有熱水可以打，否則買了方便麪吃不了。明明訂的是Queen size bed, 給的是double size, 非常不好，懶得換了，但是不誠實這點非常差，不推薦！

交通方便，地鐵站3分鐘步程，方便去各景點。附近亦有Orlean Express 長途車站祇需步行3分鐘，方便去魁北克市遊覽，可即日來回。附近有超市。不錯的簡約早餐，全日供應兔費咖啡果汁，房間乾淨舒適寧靜，有升降機，唯一的最大缺點就是沒有洗衣乾衣設備供住客使用，前台友善親切。

Le service s’est bien déroulé et il fut rapide à l’arrivée. Le ménage n’était pas réalisé tous les jours. La nourriture concernant le petit déjeuner était très bien et sans limite.
