We stayed 2nights, the location was great but unfortunately there were some problems. We confirmed that we could leave the big luggage before check in hours, we haven’t received entrance number, nor information to log in to wi-fi. We are not from Canada, without wi-fi, we couldn’t contact them. There are 3 different names for this accommodation. That’s confusing! They told us to leave the luggage in the room but somebody’s belongings were still in the room we were confused and left the luggage soon. Another problem is that we ordered breakfast by app, but they were not prepared, we asked them to prepare but they told us to take another bag that was for 1 person. The next day, we ordered fruits but they were not in the bag. The toilet and kitchen were not cleaned thoroughly, it looks like they don’t clean everyday. If those problems were solved, especially check in system, the guests would be happy to stay.
