This was are second time there hoping that it would be better but was just the same if not worse I found bugs again I was also treated with so much disrespect by the manager that when I checked out she actually ripped the don't bother sign that you put on your door ,we'll she ripped it out of my hand and said JUST LEAVE NOW . IT WAS SO DIRESECTFULL Thank you Candace and Josh ellis

The general manager was very rude calling me a liar because she didn't want to look at the pictures the first night of are stay , she supposably was going to refund are money which she didn't do The very next night we stayed they placed us in the very same room and the dog food was still on the floor and the same bug was under the couch Which tells me that they didn't even clean the room and the general manager TINA didn't want to look at the pictures I took the first day and the second night we were there she really didn't want to see the pictures and she wouldn't even come up to the room to see for herself. It was ridiculous how rude she was , my husband stepped in dog poop and I ended up stepping in pick or marinara sauce. But that didn't seem to effect the manager also when we got are 2 night I used my 永安 coins and made sure I purchased 2 breakfast which the manager said that I didn't I've got pictures from the first night and the second night which shows that they didn't clean the room And I don't understand why they would put us in the same room
