Early hours of morning around 3 a. M. People are partying outside the lounge area and when we contacted reception no one responded to our calls

Horrible hotel, not worth of 1000rs. Very bad rooms no lift, in hotel, no proper parking almost 25 steps to get to reception bad smell is coming all things broken poor room poor bathroom everything is broken conditions and dirty smell alla round room i have booked 2 room for 2 days and we left room in 1 day without asking refund never go to this hotel

Hotel is not maintained and luxurious as per its fare and deluxe room status. Bathroom is terrible and not maintained at all. No hot water available even in winter season. I experienced and saw this kind of hotel for the first time where hot water not available. Bath tub is terrible. Hotel staff is good and so supportive. Food is average.
