The hotel was pretty good, satisfied with that, the room was cleaned and ambience was good, but the food was pretty average, didn't like the food.

Bedsheets and pillow cover, blankets cleanliness can be improved. There were minor stains. Saw 2 bedbugs at 403. Some rooms are small, some old, some big and some are new. Make sure to choose a good one. The location is good, with some hill views. Some parking is there outside. A market nearby. Nakki lake is not very far away. Common place like 1st floor zula is very relaxing. Food is good and affordable. Service and staff are good.

The room is just fine, the condition of the bed is very average, there is a lack of wall ports for charging, the walls of the room are mostly fine but some parts have patches in them. Rest it's good. Images added

The room service and housekeeping staff were efficient and thorough. My room was alway clean and well-maintained, and any requests for extra towels or amenities were promptly fulfilled.
