I stay in this hotel but as per images and quality this hotel is not good as per expectations this not good look like expectation some things are not good and working in this room like electric switch board, service is very slow of staff

Room was great. Service was great. Location is the best. Staff is supportive very much. I liked my stay. Rooftop for lunch and dinner available so we can enjoy it with mount view.

1. The hotel has the worst service i ever experienced 2. Final bill has so many flaws which could frustrate you while checking out 3. The behavior of the owner is not at all hospitable even after overcharging for the items like tooth-kit or ice which should be of no charge and if they are, it should be notify in advance 4. I do not have an option of giving it zero star. 5. I regret booking this hotel. Hope i could change my decision and get my money back

I Feel cheated by the hotel owner. Upon arrival he said that he has received confirmation for only one room whereas I have paid for two rooms. then he said he can refer a friends hotel and as we had only one day in Mountabu and sightseeing pending so i went with him to his friend hotel where we got two rooms and had to pay extra 500 rupees there. Next day morning I had to pay for breakfast whereas it was included in my booking. In overall it was very disappointing experience with hotel booking. Not to be used again and never recommended .

The hotel is in front of a very dirty river which smells like a gutter. Hotel rooms are directly on the road. The name sake restaurants is on a small corner whre they dry their clothes on rope. I would not recommend to stay here.
