First I reserved 2 rooms, 1 king and 2 queen. They gave me two kings because they ran out of queen rooms( we are a family of 4 for one king room). Then, when we went to leave with all of our luggage and children, the elevators when out of order. We had to carry all luggage and two kids down stairs. Once we got to the bottom of the stairs, our keys would not open the doors to let us out. We were stuck! All of our keys were deactivated hours early. Finally, housekeeping heard us yelling and let us out. All we got was a sorry, they had no explanation for anything. Luckily, this was not an emergency. If this was a fire or earthquake, this could have ended badly. We will never again stay here.

The hotel was good but management was not 1st written breakfast include and kithen is closed so just a small pack they will provide then in rest room written that if you need toothpaste or shaving pack please contact office 1st staff is not trained even they don’t know whats written inside
