Itchy bedding and pillows are incredibly frustrating and had seriously disrupted our sleep. Great location, lovely staff, but that's where the positives end. The rooms are badly in need of a refresh and we found the overall experience disappointing for the price.

Good location, only two parking lots outside the hotel but can park opposite the road and need to pay RM0.60 per hour from 8am to 6pm.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is great — it's very close to the bus terminal and just a short walk to Kopi 434, which was convenient for meals and coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the biggest downside was the poor soundproofing. We could hear kids running and screaming in the hallway, which was quite disturbing, especially at night. It affected our rest. Overall, the stay was okay — good location and nice staff, but the noise issue might be a dealbreaker for light sleepers.

Room looks good. Location also is good. Hotel looks good. But cleanness need to be much improved. There is lipas in the room. Bed makes me itchy. I think there is bed bugs

I was very shocked when I checked in and entered the room, as the bed sheet was not new, not neatly arranged, and wrinkled. I immediately asked the receptionist, but they were not very helpful and showed no empathy toward my complaint. They just informed me that the housekeeping staff had already left for the day. When I asked to change rooms, they told me they didn't know if other rooms were in the same condition, as housekeeping was no longer available. They also mentioned that the iron was broken. Is this the standard at your hotel, to provide a new guest with a room that has wrinkled bed sheets?
