Very nice and clean for this budget hotel. For the price we paid, we have a strong air condition room, nice hot showers, coffee and tea. Downstairs is a very nice place for meals with local and western cuisine. Opposite a nice coffee place. There’s a mall within short walking distance. Only downside is there’s no lift so anyone who’s unable to walk upstairs shouldn’t book this place. Otherwise a good budget friendly hotel I strongly recommend.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. The room is large and clean. The water heater and AC working well. The receptionist was cordial. Close to town area and eateries.

The hotel room is what you'd expect from the price. But there are some black residuals that come out of the water bathroom water faucet.

Looking for a budget and large place to sleep in Muar, this place would be an ideal choice. The location is right smack at the centre with a lot of shops around the area and easily access to the main road. Cleanliness wise was very decent, despite given the big room, it is nothing much to complain about. Service are pretty standard. Facilities - there's no lift but there's only two floors. So if you have heavy luggage, I suggest try getting a room on the first floor.

I stayed for a night to attend the family gathering. So far this hotel has been number 1 choice for me & my family. It located near to my grandparents house, has good coffee shop just downstairs and near to shops. The room is spacious and comfortable.
