I recently stayed in the family room at this hotel. The room itself is spacious, making it great for families or groups needing extra space. Both the pillow and mattress were very comfortable, which contributed to a good night’s sleep. However, I did notice a small issue with the pillow—it had a stain on it, which was a bit off-putting. While this didn’t ruin the stay, a more thorough cleaning of the bedding would be appreciated. Additionally, the hotel is located right beside a busy road, which made the room a bit noisy, especially at night. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I would suggest paying attention to the cleanliness of the pillows and perhaps soundproofing the rooms a bit more for a better experience.

The client noted that the location is very convenient, with the Wong Lai Hawker Center, traditional coffee shops, and a Guanyin Temple nearby. There's also an Elephant 434 Coffee shop, and the transportation is quite convenient, making the overall environment pleasant.

房間比較大，2張雙人床還有沙發🛋️，桌子之類。定的是家庭房4人住的。一進去房間時發現沙發上有點灰塵，打電話📞給前台，很快服務員就到了，重新把沙發🛋️桌子擦了一遍，我們有點擔心，要求床單也更換，服務員二話不説也立刻更換。我們入住的是4個大人，要求給多一些廁所紙、沐浴露🧴也拿給我們。不得不説，這間酒店的服務一級棒👍有求必應。下次一定再入住。我們買了當地的特產烏達，需要冷藏，房間裏沒有冰箱，前台服務員告知，一樓有個販賣榴蓮麻薯的冰櫃，可以給客人存放物品。非常棒。位置很好，附近就是巴士🚌總站，我們從拉慶總站坐巴士過來的，步行5分鐘就到酒店。巴士總站旁邊就有超市。酒店門口出來左轉往前走就是貪吃街，裏面很多吃的。步行5分鐘到海邊，附近壁畫街等都能步行到。推薦給大家入住，不錯👍

The hotel is quite old. Can see wear and tear every where. The room we stayed is quite spacious , there is no cupboard, instead provided with a no cover big steel rack. Cleanliness for the room is acceptable. Thankfully to a polite staff to upgrade our room to a more higher floor level so that we can see the good river view from the window . The location of the hotel is very good, we can go to a lot of eating house, coffee shop, foot street, night market etc .....to taste the traditional nice coffee and foods within the walking distance.

Stayed here because it is close to the bus station. There is some eateries (Chinese, Malay & Indian food) nearby though not much. However there are more options if you are willing to walk a little bit. The rooms have most amenities except no iron board or refrigerator. If you are staying for more than 1 night, do remember to remind the staff when they give you the key card as often they will only key in 1 day access only.

Good location and easy access to bus terminal, local foods and shops, wet market, dried seafood stuffs and fruits, plenty of local shoe shops are all within walking distance. Crossing roads outside the hotel may be a bit challenging. Overall a good value place to stay.

The receptionist allowed us to check in early as the room was available. We deeply appreciated this kind gesture as our mum is elderly. We booked a family room which had a wonderful view of the area and the river as there were many windows. Besides its accessible and central location, the drop off area of the hotel is sheltered which is also a plus point. The cleanliness is an issue but the location, view and service helped.
