酒店位於Pakuwon City裏面，屬於比較高端的區域，旁邊就是大商場，購物餐飲都十分方便。 酒店房間略小，但床很大，早餐自助選擇很多，大廚非常專業。 另外，如果是萬豪會員，中餐和晚餐可以有20%折扣。

We checked in a little late yet staff was very accommodating. Our room was on the 26 floor and it was really spacious for 2 pax. There’s an iron steamer in the room and this is such a win for us who can’t live without iron even during a short 永安. It will be better if they provide us the iron board though. Shampoo conditioner and body wash were provided and I wish they provide more hooks in the washroom. It’s a bummer that we only took video of the room but we couldn’t even upload the video here. Went for a short workout in the gym in the morning before breakfast. They have treadmill elliptical bike some dumbbells and bench for you to do some press lol. They have a good selection of breakfast. We stayed so long so that we were able to try everything from the breakfast menu. The best part of the hotel was that it is connected to the Pakuwon City Mall. Shopping made easy 🤭

Very plesasant stay at Aloft Pakuwon City. All the staffs are helpfull, the room is very nice and clean. We also got special occasion for our birthday. Thanks team for the llitle suprise at our room.

This hotel has the most flawless service we have received, perhaps ever. The breakfast is magnificent. The team is incredibly attentive, and the facilities are perfect. Whether it’s for Business, family or a stay with your partner you will be over the moon with your time at Aloft Surabaya. Incredible, a must stay.
