very nice and very comfortable,and also transportation very good.location is to good, because of railway station is very near also airport.

The hotel is situated near andheri railway station which is a busy place. The hotel is rather old and compact. They are using a old outdated lift model which requires manual operation. The hotel staff are courteous and friendly. The noise level was very high till late in the evening since it's in a busy place. There is absolutely no refreshments including no drinking water bottle was available inside the hotel. The quality of soap/towel (no shampoo was supplied) supplied was very poor. The room was fitted with an old window ac which did not cool the room well. The door lock was not properly locking from inside and it would be possible for someone to gain access easily. The pillows were so hard and i felt i was resting my head over a concrete slab. The hotel staff was very particular that i check out before 12 pm (they are not even interested to accommodate 10-15 minutes. Any way, i was prepared to check out well before 12 so that was not a surprise for me. I stayed here for a night and it was not eventful. I stayed in much better places for the price i paid.

The staff is very rude and non co-operative. Especially the receptionist. The hotel is in a crowded area. Even water bottles were not provided. Ok for just a night.
