The location was spooky and it felt unsafe, the area around it smelled bad, the rooms were small and bed was not comfortable

Location is good, very near to major business hub (BKC), no amenities, average house keeping, did not try food though.

Wrong location. Slum area. Terrible staff and cleanliness. No respect. Didn't like the room because 3 open sewage canals are around. Strict no to this property even if you are coming as a family/ solo traveller.No help was done from their side. Please be ashamed

The area of the stay is horrible and the rooms are very tiny. And an unfortunate incident has occurred, where i burnt my full face due to the heater in the washroom and had to be admitted it the hospital for 2nd degree burns, and the hotel staff laughed about the incident stating “check karna tha” and did not provide any further assistance or any kind of help for the sake of humanity atleast. I would never go back to this place and would definitely not recommend this place to stay.

Bad location, according to the hotel rates are very night, no highgence maintain, the entire i can't sleep beacuse of some noise at the hotel, breakfast was patatinc. Not at all a comfortable stay, looking for a refund. Not interested

There were no toiletries and if you are planning to stay here get your own. The bedding stinks of sweat and looked dirty. The staff was helpful though, but the stay isn’t too comfortable, so it basically wasn’t a good experience. The locality is very shady
