Worst service, tiny size room and staff service worst

When I booked , I faced some problem. First I was given a room without TV. Later, the washroom was also not clean and the foot cover was very dirty. Then when I got the room changed, the AC stopped working automatically. I thought there might be a problem with the remote. Then after complaining for an hour or two, the person at the reception turned the AC on.

room was small with no ventilation or windows and infested with cockroaches. TV was not working. Lobby was cramped with some goods. No emergency exit

Staffs behavior was good and cooperative. Two double bed room was too congested. Room was packed and if you are not using ac a bad smell like drainage in the room. Finally the hotel is situated on narrow congested area, no vehicle including auto can't reach there. Distance from main road is about 300- 400 mtrs. Staff was good, cooperative, helpful. Cover full security. Cleanness is very nice. No cockroach, bugs are there.

In the ground floor cockroaches are there on the floor & beds. The staff is good. Recommended for bachelors.

There is a good atmosphere, all services are excellent, and main thing make my 永安 plateform made easy way to find a hotel excellent experience. experience was excellent

It was really good experience, property was neat and clean. Blankets and bed i would give 2. 0 rating as it was hard bed and they gave me damaged blanket. Room boy also left the place with smile.
