Extremely Bad Experience – Never Staying Here Again! ⭐ Very bad experience. I will never recommend anyone to book this hotel. The receptionist’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. The staff had no sense of hospitality or courtesy. The rooms were dirty, the washroom was not cleaned properly, and the bedsheets looked used. Even basic facilities like hot water and Wi-Fi didn’t work. Overall, this hotel completely ruined my 永安. Management doesn’t care about guests at all. Please avoid this place if you don’t want to spoil your stay.
