It’s just above a bar & restaurant so families has to avoid booking here. Staff are so lazy in doing arrangements and arrogant in answering When I came 3 hours early they said they can’t give early check in and their responses were so rude. After multiple requests they took 1000 rupees and given a room and no receipt was given for the payment. They didn’t provide proper towels and mattresses and they are so dirty. No liquid hand wash and shampoo. AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Curtains you can’t open as they got stuck. It’s just above a bar & restaurant so families should avoid booking it to avoid any nuisance.

Hotel is good. We were in need for a good Air conditioned room for a night stay as we were out all day with kids so just to rest at night we needed a comfortable and pocket friendly hotel. The hotel is at safe and happening place. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is also neat and clean. I recommend if you roam around city and only need a comfortable air conditioned room for a night stay.

Rooms are small and need restructuring. No ac control was provided. Bedsheets seem used. Also was felt unwelcoming by the hotel staff.

Location is good, but the rooms are in bad state. Beds were stinking and almost broken, could see some bugs around and there was some foul smell in the room.
