There were no hot water available desite having a geysey and he didn’t even get some even after asking. And the guy insulted me telling me not to book his hotel again and said i got what i deserved for the moeny i paid in a rude way.

I booked for the standard ac room but when i reached hotel he said i paid less on make my 永安 and gave me non ac room and after that he asked me more 300 for ac room but i stayed on non ac room such a terrible experience

It was highly unhygienic. Stains on bedsheets, smelly rooms, no hot water, no proper parking. And the images were false because the hotel seemed very nice n clean in pictures given but was totally terrible in real. The check in was so slow and lots of formalities were there. Neither thay gave sealed water bottle nor other goodies in the room.
