I had a truly enjoyable and wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to get around and explore. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing and satisfying stay. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to choose from. The service throughout my stay was outstanding; the staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help. Great food, exceptional service, and the perfect location made this a memorable stay. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The Oberoi is an institution in Mumbai. All Oberoi hotels have a calm welcoming atmosphere and a distinctive scent in the lobby. The only issue is the hotel charges INR 1 for releasing credit card pre-authorizations - a small amount but it’s the principle of charging for providing nothing.

Really great service where check in was done in the room and reception staff were great. Room was ok too and the soundproofing was probably one of the best amongst all 5-star hotels in Mumbai. Breakfast at the lounge is mainly by ordering from the menu (which has a relatively wide selection). Gym was quite well equipped too. Overall a good stay, although its a little more costlier than the other 5star hotels for the room size.
