非常糟糕的一次體驗，這個酒店年代久，設施特別老舊，而且裏面都環境很臟，有蜘蛛網，傢俱有很重的味道，根本沒有收拾乾淨 洗澡水不熱，花灑是壞的，像灑水車一樣，噴的都是 房間連紙巾都沒有，還得去前台要，吹風筒也沒有

We were afraid the place was going to be old and not that 100% clean, but, place is well maintained, building is now around 20yrs old but still very clean, amazing breakfast

The room service is good, and all the staff are very polite and humble. The nearby locality is also good. Food is good there. Overall i had a great experience there.

Getting the location on maps is a challenge due to road construction. All the contact numbers on make my 永安 available to contact hotel are not working making it worse to connect with location of hotel. Though stay was ok but complimentary breakfast was not up to the mark.

Dirty and unhygienic. Please invest in proper cleaning of rooms and linen. We had to run behind housekeeping for cleaning in our presence. Staff was sweet but that is not sufficient for a comfortable stay

Approach was inconvenient. In one of the rooms ac was not functioning properly. Even the washroom was not upto the mark. Food was good but seemed to be slightly overpriced. Breakfast buffet was good! overall the property is fairly good!

Staff was not cooperative. Very stringent rules about visit of guests. Sufficient space not available in lobby to entertain and talk to guests, as are not allowed to visit in rooms. Restaurant is closed at 10. 30 pm. Rooms not as shown in images and not maintained properly
