The property was not at all well kept. The walls of the rooms were fragmented. We had to change our room since it was not at all tidy. Mirrors were patchy. Shower was not working and taps did not have proper water flow. We were not asked whether we want to opt for veg or non-veg breakfast. Rather, they served us non-veg breakfast, which was not okay to us. On complaining, supervisor said that we do not serve breakfast and it is fault at mm-ts end that they gave breakfast option while booking. They refused to change our breakfast. Room service was also not quick. We had to call them several times for them to show up. Overall, not at all a good experience

Water leakage from roof. Not provided a single water bottle in room complimentry. Room smelled very bad. Bedsheets & quilt are very dirty.

It was an average hotel, i rate it 3 only. But more than that i am not happy with makemy永安. You charged me rs. 1000 more per day. I have seen people getting nonac room for rs 1200 and ac room for rs 1400 only. But in-spite of paying rs2222 i got nonac. I will have to think twice before booking through mmt

The staff of the hotel is very very friendly, cooperative and helpful. The location is the best one can get in mumbai. The room size is a little small than what one expects especially the washrooms. Also the bedding is old, although clean. For the price the hotel charges, it is a good place to sleep rather than stay.

Neat-less room. Slippery and unclean bathroom no hot water in the bath room. Room lock was damaged and no safety in the room. I want to know how can i earn 6% discount

Hotel is good. But no proper plug points for charging mobiles. Neat electric fittings required. Geyser not working properly. These areas they have to look in to. Rest all fine.
