The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say "we ll call you back but that call never comes" .

Oчень хороший отель. Красивый дизайн. Прекрасные завтраки и вежливое обслуживание. Море здесь такое, что купаться в нем нельзя, вода темная и волны, на пляже много народу гуляет и если вы европеец сразу будут приставать, чтобы сделать селфи. Можно слушать шум волн и плавать в бассейне, он прекрасен! Еще можно бесплатно сходить в СПА там есть сауна, хамам и джакузи и купальня с холодной водой, к тому же для женщин отдельно! Недалеко от отеля красивый кришнаитский храм, обязательно сходите утром или вечером, днем он закрыт.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. First, despite booking a twin room, I was given a double bed. This was a major issue as I was traveling with my father, who is unwell, and due to the improper sleeping arrangements, I also fell sick. The hotel was informed about the mistake but failed to resolve it. To make matters worse, I got stuck in my room because the door handle wasn’t working from the inside. When an employee came to assist, he also got trapped with me for 15-20 minutes before we were finally able to get out. This was a serious safety issue, and I expected better maintenance from a reputable hotel. On top of all this, I was in the city for business, and this was my last day to finalize important work before my flight. Unfortunately, due to the hotel’s failures, my entire day was wasted, and I was unable to complete my business commitments. This stay was stressful, inconvenient, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free experience.

I had an exceptional stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. The hotel exudes luxury from the moment you step in, with its stunning lobby and welcoming staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea. The variety of dining options was impressive, especially the buffet at Lotus Café, which had a wide selection of delicious dishes. The location is perfect for a relaxing beachside getaway, yet it’s close enough to the heart of Mumbai for business or leisure 永安s. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. Can’t wait to visit again!
