stuffs are very attentive to guests’ needs. Facilities met my expectations. In room laundry machine, toaster, IH cooker, iron, cutlery, everything you need for long stay are prepared. Especially a stuff named Sumit’s quick response to my requests were impressive.

Had a lovely time with family. Very neat and clean place with absolute value for money. Stayed in their 2bhk. Perfect for a family of 4 adults + kids

The room was clean enough and fine, washroom was very small. Check in was not smooth, was disturbed twice after being shown my room because they wouldn’t figure out what information they needed. There was no coffee in the kitchen in the morning and the property was advertised as having power back up but there was no electricity for at least 3 hours on saturday afternoon (when messaging to ask about this, i was ignored. During this time, i was asleep feeling unwell and housekeeping kept knocking on the door to try to get in the room. I requested for a later check out as i was having a bad migraine and i was simply told no. All of these things are very disappointing for the cost of the booking, i don’t feel like anyone really cared about the experience that a guest would have.

Easily accessible, prime location, clean rooms, great service, peaceful, comfortable. We were two couples and booked a 2bhk service apartment. Very happy with our stay. Will definitely come back.

Disappointed. Bandra theory 9 is a very different experience. The toilet seat was not clean. The bed sheet had an oil stain or something, and the building is very strange. The shared kitchen space also is super odd. Maybe it’s just the 13th floor where i was. My colleague who was on the 12th floor wasn’t too impressed either. The whole management staff operation was also a bit tardy.

We had a great stay in two different rooms. Everything was clean, and the staff was very responsive to our needs and helpful. A special thank you to vijay and sumit. We would definitely recommend these apartments for a stay in mumbai.

Theory 9 was the best find. The check in was smooth. The rooms were clean and comfy. The snack box was a good surprise. The toiletries provided were top quality. The building is well located and a safe locality. Highly recommend this place.

Overall 8/10 for me. For the most part it was great, with a few minor needs for improvement. First time in mumbai, this place made a great first impression.

Good stay. Just that top floor rooms are not okay. Rest staff and services are great. Food options are also good.
